Meet Dr. John Gallucci

Dentistry means the world to me. It is not only a career, but a passion. My practice philosophy is based on one sole mission: To make a genuine connection with my patients and provide optimal care to help them smile more. Creating trusting relationships is the backbone of this connection, and I strive to spend the necessary time to gain that trust. I combine advanced dentistry with a gentle, friendly style, to make you and your family more comfortable with your dental experience.

Education and Continuing Education

A native Oregonian, I was born and raised in the Clackamas area. After graduating from Clackamas High School, I attended Oregon State University and received my Bachelor of Science, summa cum laude. In 2009, I received my Doctorate of Dental Medicine with honors from the OHSU School of Dentistry in Portland, and graduated near the top of my class.

During my undergraduate and doctorate training, I was inducted into multiple honor societies based on my dedication to the community and scholastic achievements. I am currently a member of the Academy of General Dentistry, and recently was awarded their nationally recognized fellowship award.  I am also a member of the American Dental Association, the American Academy of Dental Sleep Medicine, the American Society of Implant & Reconstructive Dentistry (ASIRD), and an active member of the renowned Seattle Study Club’s local branch, the Alpha Omega Study Club, because I always try to further my knowledge in the art and science of dentistry. I am passionate about keeping up with the latest treatment techniques. I love the fact that every day, I will find something new to learn and share with my patients.

In the Community

I have always found it important to be active in my community. Not only do I hold executive chair positions with multiple dental organizations, including the local Clackamas County Dental Society, I volunteer my dental services in underserved areas of the region and participate actively in Habitat for Humanity projects. I look forward to major events such as the annual Mission of Mercy weekend, where I provide free care for up to 20 needy patients per day. I also enjoy the small projects such as working with elementary schools to improve those “little smiles” in our community.

Outside the Office

My wife Ashley and I enjoy living in the Clackamas-Oregon City area and spending time with our new baby girl, Mila Grace, and our spoiled Schnoodle, Chloe. I love sharing the latest happenings and cute pics of Mila and am never at a loss for a crazy story about the adventures of that wild pup! We appreciate what the Pacific Northwest has to offer, and try to embrace the outdoors every season of the year, no matter the weather. I enjoy hiking, fishing, kayaking, golf, disc golf, snowboarding, and basketball. When the rain is really coming down, I become quite the movie aficionado as well!
